Gregor Lentze has been managing director of mm sports alongside Stefan Schuster since 2007 and is a founding partner of Lentze Stopper Rechtsanwälte. From 2003 to 2006, he was managing director of FIFA Marketing & TV Deutschland GmbH in Munich and responsible for the implementation of FIFA’s marketing program for the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany. Prior to that, he was Head of Legal at FIFA Marketing & TV AG in Zug, Switzerland, where he was also responsible for the 2002 FIFA World Cup Korea/Japan. Between 1998 and June 2001, Gregor was senior legal counsel at ISL Marketing AG, Lucerne, Switzerland where he serviced a variety of sports properties. Prior to that, he worked as Associate Counsel at the London-based law firm Townleys Sports Lawyers.
Gregor studied law in Bayreuth and Munich and graduated as Master of Laws (LL.M) at Temple University, Philadelphia, focusing on American sports law. He is also a member of the editorial board of the sports law journal World Sport Law Report.
Stefan Schuster has been managing director of mm sports alongside Gregor Lentze since 2007. Prior to that he was heavily involved in the development and distribution of the current FIFA marketing 2007-2014 program as FIFA’s Head of Sales and Business Development. Prior to that, he was responsible from 2001 onwards for the successful development of FIFA’s digital media as the Head of New Media. From 1995 to 2001, Stefan was Director of Business Development and Sales at Kabel New Media AG where he was responsible for clients such as ISL Marketing AG, the ATP Tour, ProSieben/Sat.1 and Siemens. He is a graduate of Stuttgart Media University in industrial engineering.
Daniel Koch joined mm sports in 2009 and is responsible for various customer projects, ranging from conceptual development to the sale of rights in his capacity as senior project manager. Daniel Koch is also Venue Services and Sponsorship Manager for the operational implementation of the UEFA Champions League. In addition, he completed an Executive MBA at the Hult International Business School in London and successfully completed it in August 2016. Prior to this, he was a Senior Project Manager at the Uniplan live communication agency and from 2007 to 2008 worked at UEFA EURO S.A. on special projects. From 2005 to 2007 Daniel supervised various sport events during the planning and implementation phase. He studied Sports, Culture and Event Management at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein in Tirol.
Daniel Battistel joined mm sports in summer 2013. Since more than 10 years he has worked in the field of sport marketing for national and international projects. Since 2004 he has worked in different functions for agencies and sponsors with regards to the planning and implementation of all UEFA EUROs and FIFA WORLD CUPs. Before his start at mm sports Daniel was project head at Interface Marketing AG, head of marketing at the SpVgg Unterhaching and at last Sport Sponsoring Coordinator EMEA at Continental. Daniel Battistel has graduated as a bachelor in marketing at the BAW in Munich.
Christof Schleppinghoff, who joined mm sports in January 2015 as Unit Director Sales, adds more than 20 years of national and international experiences in the sports and media business to the team. After working with Wunderman Cato Johnson (Young & Rubicam Group), Christof was Director Alternative Retail Channels at max.mobil from 1996 to 1999 and Director Marketing/Retail/Business Development at Wige Media AG from 2001 to 2006. Since 2007, Christof has supported a variety of different sports media service providers and other companies in the development and establishment of new distribution channels, new products and innovative business models, including, e.g., Wige Media AG in Cologne, Sportcast GmbH in Vienna, New York, Munich and Cologne. This also covered the areas of social media platforms and E-commerce.
Patricia Stolarik joined mm sports in January 2013 to support the team in project management and customer services. Patricia studied sports management at the International University of Applied Sciences NHTV in the Netherlands and wrote her bachelor thesis on rally sponsorship. During her studies she has already spent a semester abroad in Austria and completed an internship in the field of live marketing at VOK DAMS in Munich.
Corinna Schenkl joined mm sports in October 2015 to support the team in project management and customer services. Corinna received her M.A. in Sports Business and Communication from Munich Business School. During her studies she has spent one semester abroad at Texas A&M, USA and has also worked as an intern for (interned with) Serviceplan Sponsoring & Live and HypoVereinsbank in the field of sports sponsoring.
Sebastian joined mm sports in October 2016 to support the team in project management. Sebastian completed an Apprenticeship Commerce and is currently studying Business Psychology at Hochschule Fresenius in Munich. From 2014 to 2015 he worked at Amer Sports Wilson as an intern and working student in the departments Rackets & Hardgoods EMEA and Marketing EMEA.
Ferdinand Dinkelacker joined mm sports in November 2015 to support the team in the field of sales and project management. Starting October 2016, Ferdinand began his studies in sports management at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in cooperation with mm sports.
Eva Richter, since April 2012 at mm sports, is a graduate in business administration (university of cooperative education) and received the First State examination in law. She is responsible for accounting and controlling and furthermore handles our corporate activities.
Christina Korf, who joined the team of mm sports in September 2014, completed a vocational training as a bank clerk and now works as an assistant for the Managing Partners and as general project support. She is also responsible for the company’s administration, human resources as well as accounting and preliminary bookkeeping.
Sandra Eichner, since July 2013 in the team of mm sports, is a certified office manager and supports the company as an assistant of the Managing Directors.
Sabrina Macchiaiolo joined mm sports in September 2014. She has a degree in Business Administration (University La Sapienza, Rome) and a Master in Services Management in Rome. At mm sports Sabrina supports the Office Management as well as ccounting preparation and controlling activities.
